PROMIX ®-CH Special – gluten-free flour mix made from naturally gluten-free and wheat-free raw ingredients. Suitable to prepare a light bread. Already contains a mixture of sugar and 2 / 3 of the maximum amount of salt.
Need to add yeast and fat (oil), water and salt added to taste (about 1 / 2 teaspoon).

FREE FROM: milk, lactose, soy, wheat starch, beet sugar
Retains freshness for about 4-5 days
