Description

PROMIX ®-CH – gluten-free flour mix made from naturally gluten-free and wheat free raw ingredents.
Suitable to prepare a light caraway bread. The mixture contains  sugar, salt and cumin. Need to add yeast and fat (water). The dough can be processed with an electric mixer or manually until it is smooth, shiny and elastic.
