Hor\u0161\u00ed je to s n\u00e1pln\u011bmi. Dobr\u00e1 n\u00e1divka je z\u00e1kladem kvality kol\u00e1\u010de a kdy\u017e se i kol\u00e1\u010d poda\u0159\u00ed a n\u00e1divka ne, m\u00e1me vyd\u011blan\u00e9 na &#8220;katastrofu&#8221;. Kdy\u017e ml\u00e9ko dov\u0159e, vlijeme ho do pudinkov\u00e9 sm\u011bsi, prom\u00edch\u00e1me, vr\u00e1t\u00edme na ohe\u0148 a pova\u0159\u00edme asi 2-3 minutky. Varem se aktivuje \u0161krob a pudink p\u011bkn\u011b ztuhne. Po dova\u0159en\u00ed ho nech\u00e1me vychladnout a ob\u010das ho prom\u00edch\u00e1me, aby se na povrchu nevytvo\u0159ila k\u016frka. Mezit\u00edm si nech\u00e1me trochu zm\u011bknout m\u00e1slo, kter\u00e9 zlehka vym\u00edch\u00e1me mix\u00e9rem. Po l\u017e\u00edc\u00edch do n\u011bj p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1me u\u017e vychlazen\u00fd pudink a m\u00edch\u00e1me do hladka.<\/p>\n<p>Tato n\u00e1divka m\u00e1 nekone\u010dno variac\u00ed, zvolte si jednodu\u0161e pudink sv\u00e9 obl\u00edben\u00e9 chuti a postupujte d\u00e1le podle n\u00e1vodu. \u010cokol\u00e1dov\u00fd, karamelov\u00fd, ban\u00e1nov\u00fd &#8230;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GANACHE N\u00c1PL\u0147<\/strong>\u00a0(\u010dti gana\u0161)<\/p>\n<p>Ganache je n\u00e1divka jen ze dvou surovin, ale v jej\u00ed jednoduchosti je kr\u00e1sa. P\u0159i ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 \u010dokol\u00e1d\u011b d\u00e1v\u00e1me na 100 g \u010dokol\u00e1dy 100 ml \u0161leha\u010dky. P\u0159i b\u00edl\u00e9 \u010dokol\u00e1d\u011b na 100 g b\u00edl\u00e9 \u010dokol\u00e1dy asi 70 ml \u0161leha\u010dky.\u00a0Do \u010dokol\u00e1dy m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159idat nap\u0159\u00edklad trochu rumu, sko\u0159ice a pod. na dochucen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u017d\u0139OUTKOV\u00dd KR\u00c9M<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jeho z\u00e1kladem je vlastn\u011b neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed pudink, kter\u00fd se p\u0159ed va\u0159en\u00edm m\u00eds\u00ed se \u017eloutky. Ml\u00e9ko d\u00e1me va\u0159it spolu se sem\u00ednky z vanilkov\u00e9ho lusku. Po sev\u0159en\u00ed ml\u00e9kem zalijeme \u017eloutkov\u00fd kr\u00e9m, rozmixujeme do hladka a vlijeme zp\u011bt do hrnce. Pova\u0159\u00edme je\u0161t\u011b asi 2 minuty do ztuhnut\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Kr\u00e9m lze nadstavit vy\u0161lehan\u00fdmi b\u00edlky, kter\u00e9 zlehka vm\u00edch\u00e1me do vychladl\u00e9ho kr\u00e9mu nebo vy\u0161lehanou \u0161leha\u010dkou.<\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1v\u011br je\u0161t\u011b p\u00e1r tip\u016f pro p\u0159\u00edpravu super rychl\u00fdch a jednoduch\u00fdch n\u00e1divek, ke kter\u00fdm nepot\u0159ebujete zap\u00ednat spor\u00e1k:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>mascarpone n\u00e1divka:<\/strong> mascarpone vy\u0161leh\u00e1me s cukrem (mno\u017estv\u00ed cukru d\u00e1vkujte dle vlastn\u00ed chuti), p\u0159id\u00e1me vanilkov\u00fd cukr a nakonec lehce vm\u00edch\u00e1me vy\u0161lehanou \u0161leha\u010dku \/ na 500 g mascarpone 250 ml \u0161leha\u010dky.<\/li>\n<li><strong>n\u00e1divka z \u010derstv\u00e9ho s\u00fdra<\/strong>: 2 balen\u00ed \u010derstv\u00e9ho s\u00fdra Philadelphia sm\u00edch\u00e1me s proset\u00fdm pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00fdm cukrem, p\u0159id\u00e1me k\u016fru z 1 citronu a rozm\u00edch\u00e1me do hladk\u00e9ho kr\u00e9mu.
